Need to print an assignment? Here is where to go on campus.
As a Communication Design major, printing your work is crucial. Students are given PaperCut funds at the beginning of each semester as part of our tuition to make printing on campus easy. Here are the spots to print at MassArt – whether you need a draft copy, or a full-sized, final print.
Print Lab
The Print Lab, located on the 3rd floor of Tower, is the place to go whatever your printing needs are! Here you can print in black and white or color, on almost any size and any kind of paper (you may have to bring your own!). They also have a risograph machine, bookbinding materials and paper cutters. Be sure to check your settings and direct any questions to print lab staff.
Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: closed
Sunday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Library
The Library, located on the 12th and 13th floors of Tower, offers black and white and color printing on letter size paper. These printers are better suited for draft printing, or if you have to print an essay for class.
Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 9:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday – Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
DS9
DS9, located on the 9th floor of Tower, offers black and white and color printing on letter and tabloid size paper. DS9 is open the latest out of all the printing locations.
Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 11:00pm
Saturday – Sunday: 12:00pm – 11:00pm
DMC
There is actually a printer located in the main atrium of the DMC! It is hiding towards the back wall on the left side of the space, but is also available for students to use. It offers both color and black and white printing.
